In my opinion, art is a philosophical, aesthetic understanding of the world through its individual interpretation and the creation of artistic images. This is one of the few ways to know the world, along with religion and science.
In my works, I touch upon issues of universal human values, philosophical understanding of being, time and space, awareness of the true nature of reality, and the influence of consciousness on the world around me.
The process of creating works of art is a process of reflection on eternal philosophical questions: Who are we? Where are we going? What is the reason for the reasons? What are the origins of the origins? What are the beginnings of beginnings?
I am interested in the metaphysical foundations of existence — the fundamental nature of reality, the relationship between mind and matter, the nature of good and evil, existence and being, questions of the transcendent — what is on the other side of being, which is fundamentally inaccessible to experienced knowledge, goes beyond sensory experience.
My works are attempts to open up the boundaries of perception of the world formed by our consciousness, to look beyond the visible reality.
I explore aspects of human existence based on elements of European philosophy, Buddhism, quantum physics and personal existential experience.
In fact, every genuine artistic intuition goes beyond what is perceived by the senses, and, penetrating into the depths of reality, tries to understand its hidden secret. Its origins are in the depths of the human soul — where the thirst to give meaning to one's life is combined with an elusive experience of the beauty and mysterious wholeness of the world.
Every authentic art form is a kind of way to access the deepest reality of man and the world.
At the same time, apart from the philosophical, existential principle, art for me is closely connected with the concept of harmony, with aesthetic attitudes.
It seems to me that one idea or concept is not enough for good art, but a strong aesthetic component based on a basic sense of harmony is equally important. And the theme of beauty for me is also an essential element of judgments about art.
It is this kind of art that contributes to the formation of aesthetic intelligence, is an ideal vector for the application of positive efforts that build the world, beauty, and soul.
The very idea of harmony reveals the deep kinship of the world and man, acts as a certain metaphysical attitude of consciousness, which positively feels the presence of some kind of supersensible force capable of organizing existence, its structure and order.
Quantum physics has completely turned our classical ideas about the physical world upside down. Things like superposition, quantum entanglement, wave function collapse, multiple worlds, and so on seem fantastic, but these are long-established scientific facts that world-renowned scientists talk about.
We understand that along with the externally visible habitual world, there is a certain fundamental, basic, immaterial world where everything is arranged in a completely different way. And this world is somehow connected to our consciousness.
I think that genuine art allows us to penetrate into the deep reality of man and the world, gives us the opportunity to feel the magic around us, to come into contact with the unknown inside us. Art leads away from simple instincts, from the automatic living of life, towards spirituality, knowledge, admiration, making us philosophers, contemplators, highly spiritual beings. We feel this transformation. This is an amazing process that affects something close, important, but incomprehensible and incomprehensible in the depths of our subconscious.
The mystique of being is overwhelming. My art is this stunning.
