Eve's Life

We know that once upon a time there was a woman on Earth, from whom the human race descended.
In the Bible, this is Eve, whom God created from Adam's rib. Scientists are talking about the so-called mitochondrial Eve, from which all modern humanity inherited mitochondrial DNA. There is also a version about the alien origin of man.
What was the first woman on Earth like, what was her life like? What was she thinking, what was she dreaming about, how was she spending her time? Is it possible that she possessed some mystical abilities and is it possible that her life was more complete and harmonious than the life of a modern person?
