About the painting

Living in the moment is a philosophical and psychological concept that involves actively and consciously experiencing the present time without constant reflection on the past or future. It is a state of full awareness and presence in the current moment, where attention is focused solely on life here and now.
The past cannot be changed, and the future has not yet arrived—meaning all our worries about them are merely games of the mind. There is no time other than this instant; the past and future are abstractions devoid of concrete reality. The only time you have is now; the only place is here.
